Role

• Coordinate, promote and evaluate activities for the Leadership Development for Women Programme (LDW).
• Negotiate mentors for LDW participants and provide advice, support and training to mentoring partners.
• Prepare, deliver and evaluate workshops, including applying for internal vacancies, interview techniques, career development, mentoring and the role of the PA.
• Assist general staff in applying for internal vacancies.
• Coordinate the University's mentoring programme for new international staff.
• Executive Officer of the University's LDW Planning Group.
• Special interests include career development, recruitment and selection, and mentoring.
